It’s so hard to find pictures of me at my biggest because I wouldn’t take pictures and if I did, I would delete them because I didn’t like the way I looked. This was taken in December 2016. When people tell me “but you didn’t look fat” um, exhibit A lol I’ve come a long way since then. I would yo-yo a lot before by doing extreme diets or not eating enough. I would lose weight fast but then I would just gain it back even faster. Now that I’ve made this fitness thing a lifestyle, I eat healthy and I still enjoy eating all the other not so healthy foods that we all love, in moderation. The working out I still have a difficult time with cause let me be honest, I’m lazy lol gotta thank my husband @elpubedeoro for pushing me and making me workout even when I don’t want to what do you struggle with? The eating, the working out, or both?
