Sesion de #curl de #biceps concentrado. La mayoria de mis sesiones de biceps las realizo en banco #scott a una mano con mancuerna. Si esta ocupado el banco me hago el curl concentrado. Pero prefiero el scott porque unicamente trabaja el biceps. No puedes impulsarte por acto reflejo para levantar el peso. Evito curl de biceps de pie precisamente para no realizar vaivenes del cuerpo que ayuden a levantar el peso. En banco scott levantas lo que tu biceps levanta. Y si cuesta en las últimas repeticiones, puedes ayudar a subir con la otra mano, pero sin movimientos bruscos de espalda como sucede en un curl de pie trabajando con mas peso del que puedes mover con el biceps.

Otro ejercicio que incluyo en mis series de biceps es el jalon de polea alta a una mano en agarre supino. Que entre otros musculos trabaja el biceps tambien.

CENITA TIME!🐟⌚️

✔️ verduras variadas (lo que había por la nevera😂)
✔️ pescado variado (calamar, tintorera, merluza... y alguna gambilla que se había perdido)
✔️ gazpacho (se nota que me chifla?)
.
Las verduras 5 min al micro y a la sartén a que cojan colorete. Las quitamos, pasamos el pescaito, un poco de caldo de pescado y tapado que cueza 10 min.
.
ℹ️ El pescado es una bolsa congelada variada de Mercadona, pone "ideal frituras" pero obviamente me lo monto mejor! Se me ha olvidado descongelarlo así que lo he dejado un rato en agua caliente mientras se hacía la hora de cenar y con eso y la cocción, 👌.

Ahora yoguraso que el body lo pide y a dormir🌙🌙🌙

Muffins con coco para un antojito nutritivo ❤️.

Ingredientes:.
🔹1/3 tz de avena.
🔹1/2 tz de harina de coco 🥥.
🔹1/3 tz de leche de coco @tiaofilia 🥥.
🔹1 cda de crema de cacahuate.
🔹2 huevos y 2 claras.
🔹1 cda de polvo para hornear.
🔹1 cda de extracto de vainilla.
🔹4 sobres de stevia.

🔶Mezclaro todo muy bien y poner en un molde para cupcakes. Agregar coco rallado y después meter al horno de 15 - 20 minutos. LISTO 👌🏻.

Otro día productivo 👩🏼🏫 que ya tocaba👩🏼💻 Para desayunar me he preparado estás deliciosas y simple tortitas 🥞 con fresas 🍓 y arándanos 🤤
Poner a punto de nieve las claras de huevo, añadir un poco de edulcorante líquido si queréis, la levadura, la harina integral y mucha canela. Mezclar con mucho cuidado hasta que quede una masa homogénea. Engrasar la sartén con aceite y calentar a fuego medio bajo. Poner un poco de mezcla en la sartén y cuándo aparezcan burbujitas, se le da la vuelta y en un minutito listo ✅🙈 Espero que hayáis disfrutado del día 🤗
