Early morning for us. Jude finally slept through the night and got up bright and early at 5:15. Of course, that means that the rest of us were up then too, but I honestly feel so good with my sleep being uninterrupted!

Never underestimate the power of rest. Rest is so vital to your health. Both physical and mental rest are necessary and sometimes hard to achieve. .

We have a lot going on today, and I could use that as an excuse. But I'm choosing to get some tasks done, AND be intentional about pausing to read and journal for a few minutes. .

It’s not always easy to maintain a healthy lifestyle, get to the gym, or be kind to yourself and your body, and sometimes you need some inspiration! So how do you stay motivated and enthusiastic about sticking to a healthy lifestyle?
I am a bit more laid back this week being on staycation. I haven’t meal prepped or been able to get in a good decent walk or workout but I know my goal and that is to feel amazing and be healthy. I like to browse through Instagram to give me inspiration, I read blogs and I need to find some good not boring podcasts. I also have a vision board next to my bed to keep me focused.
