I have officially been eating keto for a month!
I started this woe on the 20th of last month and since then, I have lost 13lbs!
Though this last week and a half, I have not been as strict to tracking macros or drinking water as when I first started. I have been lazy tracking and just watching the carb content. I have not gained any weight 🤗 but I have also not lost any weight either 😩
So starting today, I am picking back up on my macro counting, intermittent fasting (from 9pm to 1pm), and water intake above 100oz.
My carb up was going to be this weekend but since I haven’t last anymore weight, I am going to push it out two more weekends just to give me a goal to look forward to. •
Macros that I follow:
I don’t do any exercise just because I really do not have any time. Winter break begins in December until mid January so I plan to pick back up on my workout routine then. •
