Breakfast was cornflakes with honey and a coffee... breakfast is my hardest meal to stomach eating in the morning makes me feel sick but i did it!
Lunch was a lamb wrap with greek salad finished by dinner which was chicken breast with mushroom sauce roast potato and bean corn and carrot. I also had an apple thats not pictured very satisfied today 😁

Before we jump into the list, I just want to point out that these are the mistakes ladies make when trying to lose fat and “tone”. Obviously, there’s nothing bad in doing excessive cardio if you’re for instance long distance runner, but for the purposes most ladies follow my page not so much. 👇
⠀⠀
1️⃣ Doing excessive amount of cardio – I see so many ladies prioritizing cardio over diet and lifting weights. This is wrong approach and the truth is that cardio DOESN’T directly burn fat, it only helps you burn a little bit of extra calories which could help in creating a calorie deficit. So, you shouldn’t overdo it nor you should prioritize it.

2️⃣ Isolation movements – Second thing is focusing only on the exercises that involve one joint and one muscle group. Instead, focus on the compound lifts, and include a little bit of isolation exercises.
⠀⠀
3️⃣ Restriction – Okay this one is super common, almost every woman I talk to says she’s only eating clean food and consuming ~1000 calories a day. This may give you short-term results but it’s not sustainable and it won’t work in the long run. You’ll find yourself binging frequently. Also, there’s a high possibility of losing a good percentage of the muscle mass due to huge deficit.

4️⃣ Lifting loads that are not challenging – this one is like the second one, as I said you need to focus on progressing in the exercises and actually make it challenging. That's how you “tone up “

5️⃣ Trying to spot reduce fat – Sorry, just not possible. Focus on lowering your total body fat %
⠀⠀
6️⃣ Lastly, get a plan that supports your preferences and schedule. You need a CLEAR ACTIONABLE PLAN that will get you to your goals.

ПРО ХЛЕБ🍞🥖🥪

В своем личном аккаунте Инстаграм не так давно я делала опрос "Кто покупает хлеб за 200р?" и оказалось, что никто. Это лишний раз доказывает, что хлеб для россиян давно закрепился в подсознании как дешевый и повседневный продукт. Думаю единицы покупая хлеб в магазине заглядывают на состав.

А что действительно с ним не так? Опросы показывают, что чем больше население уделяет внимание здоровому образу жизни и питанию, тем меньше они потребляют хлеба. И наоборот, в тяжелый кризисные времена его покупают все больше. По сути мы все выросли на нарезном батоне и ржаном хлебе. Только открыв для себя путешествия многие возвращаются и скучают по хрустящему горячему багету или сливочному круассану. .
Пекарни сейчас открываются на каждом шагу, зачастую в доме их несколько штук. Хлеб- это продукт ежедневного спроса, но за ним люди не готовы идти далеко или специально куда-то заезжать. И хоть каждая пекарня пестрит вывесками "Печем сами", "100% натурально", так ли это на самом деле. Минус пекарен в том, что состав хлеба на упаковке или ценнике не указывается, и хотя это общедоступная информация, ее нужно захотеть раздобыть. Такой хлеб как правило пекут на месте, но из заморозки, или просто подогревают готовый, чтобы у клиента сложилось впечатление покупки горячего свежеиспеченного хлеба. Хлеб этого готовят из смесей, без длительных ферментаций, расстоек и заварок. Время-деньги и позволить себе такую роскошь, так печь хлеб по старинным технологиям на закваске и продавать его за 20-30р не может никто.

Так в чем же разница между хлебом за 200 р, в составе которого в идеале должна быть только Вода, Мука и Соль, и хлеба за 20р с маргарином, промышленными дрожжами, сахаром и улутшителями в составе? Конечно, все дело во времени его приготовления и пользы для здоровья, или вреда, который хлеб может нанести. Такой хлеб на закваске принято называть ремесленным, некоторые пекари называют его "живой хлеб", и этот сегмент в России еще очень слабо развит. Но надеюсь, когда-нибудь хлеб будет вкусным, полезным и доступным.

I love breakfast and this mornings was especially good 🙂 I had some flat peaches that weren’t looking too good so thought I’d use them up and make something yummy

I cooked down the peaches with a little water until soft and syrupy, I then put them instead a @weightwatchersuk wrap (now 3sp) uses the syrup to seal the edges and coat the wrap. Then popped it in the oven for about 10 mins until crispy, served with some @alpro go on plain protein yogurt, fresh strawberries 🍓 and some mint 🌿 so so yummy and only 3 #smartpoints ........ #TheFlexEffect #breakfastismyfavouritemeal

SELFMADE BODY BUTTER - as most of the cosmetic products on the market contain a lot of unnecessary and partly toxic ingredients, I wanted to give it a try and create my own products. I started with a very simple but soft and nourishing body butter 😍
For the butter you need the following: 🌱50g of coconut oil 🌱25g of cacao butter 🌱25g of almond oil 🌱a few drops of Ylang Ylang essential oil
The coconut oil contains a lot of minerals and vitamines and prevent wrinkles. Cacao butter is perfect for dry skin. The oleic acids of the almond oil can go deep in our skin layers and function as an important protective barrier. Last but not least, the essential Ylang Ylang oil helps in the release of the hormon endorphin. Therefore, it helps against depressions and just makes us a little happier 😊
Melt the coconut oil, cacao butter and almond oil and put the mixture in the fridge for about 2 hours. Take the mixer and blend until the cream gets a fluffy and smooth texture. Put a few drops of the Ylang Ylang oil in the mixture and blend again. Enjoy💆🏻‍♀️

I spent a good few hours in the kitchen today prepping some things, mainly healthy snacks because that is my downfall. I let myself get too hungry then I'll just binge whatever I can get my hands on. I also made this healthy granola from @pickuplimes which is absolutely deeeeeelish!! I really don't know much about the ins and outs of nutrition, but this is sweetened naturally with raisins, cranberries and a date/tahini mix. Mmmmmm so good!!! #pickuplimes .

Начну с того, что по жизни я всегда любила спорт: водные лыжи , спорт зал, спортивные игры и прочее прочее прочее. Но, ввиду обстоятельств, которые произошли со мной недавно, у меня случилась депрессия и антиспортивное состояние. Знаете, как это страшно? Это п*здец 😁 Real 😁 Когда ты только ешь и жрёшь и больше ничего не хочешь, ну и плачешь и страдаешь естественна.
И я уже подумала , что всё, "похороните меня за плинтусом" в прямом смысле этой фразы, как вдруг, ко мне начали возвращаться силы и я смогла заставить себя присесть 50 раз 😁да, это мало, но для депрессивной сопли это было уже достижение.
