I started KETO on January 24, 2018 & in 51 days (March 15th—my 38th bday), I had lost 16.6 lbs, 26 inches off my entire body & down from 26% body fat to 18.4%! I’ve included a before/after photo. But please know it’s not the greatest ‘before’ picture that I wanted to use; however, it was the best I could do since I hid from the camera often! I don’t believe in small plates! I instead believe in filling up your plate with good stuff BECAUSE you CAN’T go wrong!
Corn for the carbs
Avocado for some good fat
Marinated chicken for the protein and lots and lots of veg to fill the rest of my plate(mesclun salad mix, red onion, grape tomatoes, carrot, cucumber ) Squeeze of lemon juice and some @stickybalsamic for the dressing!
I also love experimenting with how I prepare my veg! I used a peeler for the carrot, just for a different texture... plus how pretty does it look Deelishhh!

So when you go to pick up a 6 pack of plastic wrapped buns from woolworths have a think fake man-made-shit that will wreak havoc on your body and health OR something made with real
Ingredients from a reputable bakery or at home by you ? Always ask you local bakery what they are putting in their breads and pastries too!!
