all, I’m missing my usual posts.
I’m going to share all of my tips on how I stayed sane whilst moving across the other side of the country soon... but until that’s ready I wanted to share with you a little secret (that’s not so secret) and thats yoga/walk - my morning exercise Time. It’s carved out time for me, to set an intention, get sunshine, breathe and it really sets me up to feel good for the rest of the day. •
Friends don’t forget to keep it simple, don’t overcomplicate life it’s much more enjoyable when it’s easy. If you enjoy walking, go outside and walk.

Where better to start than the centre of it all.
Keeping your core strong is vital & beneficial.
It is the centre of your strength. There are many benefits to working on your abdominals.
Core exercises improve your balance and stability.
Strong core muscles make it easier to do the majority of physical activities.
And best of all you don't need a gym, or equipment to work on your core muscles you can literally do it lying down
Weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance, poor posture, lower back pain & also injuries.
And nobody wants that we all want to start our day feeling great.
Be good to your core and your core will be good to you.
We are just an extension of Nature. Many fruits, seed, nuts have the design of human being's organs. Lately Mango and papaya have been my favorite fruits. I didn't know that unripe papaya could be abortive, because it has a substance similar to latex. In any case, fruits should be eaten when ripen. Whoo 20% of in my etsy as its #jacindiefriday which is an alternative to black friday but is in support of small businesses! When you buy from a small business its helping out a one or a few humans who really really appreciate your support! Running your own business is very different to having a huge cooperation! They often have stability but independent businesses often dont have such a big audience of people and so it can be very unpredictable. Each of the people behind these wonderful businesses have put A LOT of time and effort into creating, designing, making and setting up the products in their shops. Its so important to support them so in this indie friday, at christmas i would love if you could do your best to try and shop at small businesses Im gonna tag some really cool people below that have cute business that i personally like. Let's taaaalk Anxiety. It's a thing. Happens with me... especially on days I don't have much going on and plenty of time to myself. And anyone who knows me well enough knoooows that I am overthinker numero uno Thoughts like: What am I doing with my LIFE Should I think about other options.. Career wise.. Am I being productive enough, Should I be doing more, Is being this far away from my family worth it.... All of these thoughts & more fill this lil head of mine and I get extremely overwhelmed.
Moments like these I tend to distance myself from others, I think you realized that through here too..( I went a bit Mia with Instagram) I try to deal with these thoughts by myself until I realize I can't and I shouldn't. There isn't anything wrong with having thoughts like these so I figured I'd be vocal because maybe at least one of you can relate to this and not feel alone when it comes to uncertainty of the future You know what interrupts anxiety? Gratitude. Being grateful for the present moment.
It's about taking things day by day. Live in the now. Appreciating everything that is now. That's how I snap myself out of it. I ask myself: How are you and how is your family TODAY: emotionally, physically, mentally, financially? -Good? Perfect, so there is nothing to worry about, keep doing what you're doing.
Anxiety isn't something that goes away. It keeps popping up but it's something you learn to control

Basicly decided to just pretend I’m fine and not open up to anyone because everything gets dismissed and I get compared and judged blah blah and I’m sick of it so they can fook off and I’m just going to do things my way now
