Ready to CLIMB!
I’ve gotten way off track with nutrition the last month. I’m ready for the steady CLIMB back to feeling frickin’ great again.
I’ve done it before.
I can do it again.
Work travel, STRESS, being overwhelmed with a lot, then vacation...all have played a part of my SUCKING at my nutrition.
Too many treats.
Large portions. More crap than normal.
Booze. Unhealthy snacking.

Right now I have a one on one text going with a few different women who also want to work on nutrition. I send them a motivational message every morning, and we quickly check in with each other at night.
