Pork chop with Brussels sprouts, chimichurri sauce and pesto yogurt dressing: 🌿Chimichurri sauce: •1 handful fresh parsley •1 tsp fresh oregano •1/2 clove garlic •1/2 green onion •1/4 tsp crushed chilli pepper •lemon juice
•3/4 tsp olive oil •1/2 tsp red wine vinegar •1 tbsp water •salt •pepper
1) blend all ingredients 🍠🍆 Grilled vegetables •1/2 zucchini sliced
•1/4 medium egg plant sliced •1/2 medium sweet potato sliced •1/2 onion sliced •olive oil •salt •pepper
1) toss all vegetables with oil, salt, and pepper
2) heat bbq to high heat and grill veggies for 5-10 minutes. Flip every few minutes 🍗 pork chop: •2 pork chops •Montreal chicken spice •paprika spice •garlic plus •Greek spice
1) sprinkle Montreal chicken spice on both sides of the pork chops. Sprinkle the rest of the spices on one side of the pork
2) when the veggies are done place the meat on the bbq on high heat for 5 minutes. Turn over and grill for another 5 minutes 🍶pesto yogurt dressing: •1/2 cup plain yogurt •homemade cilantro pesto •lemon juice
1) mix all ingredients in a bowl 😋 Brussels sprouts:
•1 cup Brussels sprouts ends cut off •splash olive oil •salt •pepper
1) toss Brussels sprouts with salt, pepper, and oil
2) place Brussels sprouts on sheet pan and in oven for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees 🍱1) place grilled veggies and meat on plate and pour the chimichurri sauce and pesto yogurt dressing on meal
2) serve with side of Brussels sprouts

Gestern gab es ja den Szegediner Kürbis mit Dinkelbällchen, hier ist das Rezept dazu. Sie haben rund 55 g das Stück. Die Bällchen können auch mit weissem Dinkelmehl oder Weizenmehl gebacken werden. Genauso geht natürlich auch einfacher Magerquark und statt Chiasamen 1 Ei. Es können auch noch andere Kräuter oder Gewürze untergemischt werden. Ihr merkt, es ist ein geduldiges Grundrezept 😊

❇️ Recipe ❇️
✔️Boil 4 potatoes, peel & mash them & keep aside.
✔️Take 2 cups of kuttu (Buckwheat) flour & add the mashed potatoes, 2 tsp Rock salt (sendha namak), 1 TSP red chilli powder & chopped coriander leaves. Make a dough of the mixture. Don't add too much water as the flour will absorb moisture from the potatoes. ✔️Divide the dough into small equal sized portions & make flat by a rolling rod. Apply a bit of oil while doing so.
✔️Heat oil in a pan & deep fry the flattened dough untill it turns brown in colour.
✔️Serve Hot with Curd & Mint Chutni.

Ready to CLIMB!

I’ve gotten way off track with nutrition the last month. I’m ready for the steady CLIMB back to feeling frickin’ great again.

Fall leaves and apple crisp🍎 Served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, this dessert is to die for and it’s super simple to make! The ingredients are:
.
1 cup flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup lightly packed brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
4 cups apples, chopped and peeled
.
Directions: In a large bowl, mix the flour, oats, sugar, and cinnamon. Add in the butter little by little. Next, wash, peel, and cut around 5 medium sized apples. Put the apples into a bowl and add about 1/4 of the flour mixture to it and mix them together. Pour the apples into a buttered pan and cover them with the rest of the flour mixture. Press down lightly and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 40 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!

A true whole food ketogenic diet. No surculose, maltodextrin, or preservatives. Keto is healthy as long as you’re keeping it as less processed as possible. Artificial sweeteners and preservatives can be cancer causing and spike blood sugar just the same as sugar itself. I fell for the “sugar free” trick and wondered why I would be knocked out of ketosis. Quest cookies, Powerade 0, Bang, or One bars are still high in carbohydrates and contain artificial sweeteners. The best way to get results from this diet is keeping it clean as possible.
