Apologies I've tried covering as much as possible... on the right hand side is me in 2016 excessively dieting still thinking I was overweight and in the gym for hours only doing cardio. On the left hand side is me today dieting correctly and in the gym weight lifting and only 15 mins cardio. Please be aware skinny isn't always attractive being happy and healthy is! Anyone unsure about diets weight loss and programmes please message me it's important you don't go down the route I did. I think we all know which picture looks better

HEY!! Let’s chat about my appointment yesterday and how it went.
My Dr told me to ELIMINATE ALL gluten & Dairy for a week. Taking a medication that I need to take 30-60 minutes before every meal. Suppose to help with intestinal cramping which I’ve had since Feb 2012!

And if none of that works for me he recommend me do the FODMAP! And eliminate everything on the list that’s High FODMAP foods. I really hope that the pills help, took them in 2012 when I originally went and I can’t remember/don’t think this medicine worked and still had my Cramps.

.
I also need to be strict when it comes to remembering to take my probiotics and my multi vitamins and get back on drinking my Apple Cider Vinegar Cocktails, and take this thing serious if I want to start feeling better. Specially if I want to have some relief from these cramps everyday of my life.

What do you bbs do to help with gut health? Please help a girl out, need some other options as well, let me hear what you have to say.

I’ve been in a workout funk for the past month or so. I go to the gym because...90 minutes to myself...but my workouts have been meh. I made a goal to sweat this week during every workout and you guys, I am a new woman. So sweat. Run, lift heavy, lift faster, take less breaks, keep your body moving. Push yourself to your maximum effort and then go a little father. Step outside of your comfort zone and try something new. Tell yourself you’re capable of more and then prove it. 👊🏼

Humble 🥧 day...it always starts with OHP for rep max, then I hit all the weaknesses.
