Walkaway is from standing, hands on to floor, walk hands out to raised press up position, perform press up and return to standing. Feet remain fixed throughout.

Squat jumps can be subbed with normal squats.
Bear crawls 10m fwds, 10m backwds.
Try to hit intensity where you need the minute rest but by the end of it you are good to go on your run again.
