Falls ihr sie noch nicht kennt habt ihr was verpasst 😉 huscht mal schnell rüber... da gibt es auch das Original Rezept.

Hier ist meine nussfreie Variante:
Rezept reicht für 4 Cups 🔸5 EL Mandeln 🔸8 Datteln entsteint 🔸1EL Reissirup @reishunger 🔸etwas Wasser 👉alles im Mixer pürieren, in die Förmchen füllen.
🔸 4 EL Kokosjoghurt auf dem Boden verteilen und andrücken- für 20 min in das Gefrierfach .
🔸Granatapfel (1/2)
🔸2 EL Kokosjoghurt 🔸3 TL @frooggies Fruchtpulver Himbeere 👉verrühren und die Cups damit auffüllen
Nochmal mindestens 30 min in das Gefrierfach .

Die lassen sich auch super vorbereiten, morgens aus dem Gefrierfach nehmen und mitnehmen 👌

•FuN FAcT- Chia seeds have 11g of Fiber, who knew🤷🏼‍♀️ #digestivehealth •Ingredients•
•4 cups dates •1 1/2 cups cashews •1 cup oat flour
•2 tbsp vanilla extract
•3 tbsp chia seeds
•1/2 tsp baking soda
•dash cinnamon •1 scoop @gardenoflife chocolate protein powder
•1 cup @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips •

1. #vitamix cashews into flour
2. Set aside then #vitamix gluten free oats into flour
3. Combined all ingredients into blender except chocolate chips
4. Once a dough like texture forms mix in chocolate chips with a spoon.
5. Make bite size cookie dough balls and then refrigerate or freeze for later!

Whether it's greasy junk food, or plentiful health food, I am a massive fan of a good vegan burger. When I was staying in Penang, @pinxinvegan 's charcoal burger was my go to. However, I was always curious about their other offer, called the "Pinxin Healthy Burger," so when my time in Penang was coming to an end, I decided it would be a shame to leave without trying it out. I ordered it on my very last visit to Pin Xin, and I'm so glad that I did.
~TASTE~😍 A homemade Chickpea and Beetroot patty, topped with tomato and zucchini slaw, in a wholemeal sesame seed bagel, served with sweet potato fries and vegan mayo. I would consider travelling all the way back to Penang, just to eat this burger again, it was so good 🍔🍠
~COST~ $$$ In Penang you can easily get a hearty tastey meal for 5-8RM, so at 26RM, this burger is definitely not your every day meal, but if you want to indulge or have a romantic date, then Pin Xin is the prefect place to enjoy delicious vegan food, worth the extra price. I still think of this as a very cheap meal, it converts to less than £5, but I tend to compare to what else is on offer in the surrounding area.

Sooo I’ve been pretty lax on the food photos lately, and it’s because I finally surrendered to the fact that the raw food thing wasn’t totally working for my body and I know I’m going to probably lose some followers for it. Suffering from IBS since I was diagnosed as a teen, I figured all these fruity fibery water rich meals would be the cure. But there would still be times when certain combinations of raw food would bloat me and constipate me and it didn’t seem so make any sense...I work out a lot, eat super clean, fast for 16hrs a night, drink celery juice every day, and am very strong, so the fact that my abs were constantly hidden under a balloon gets frustrating after awhile. I realized I was attached to binging on raw foods. I used to have binge eating disorder & bulimia, and I realized that eating fully raw was my excuse to eat more than my body was asking for whenever I wanted. Like oh I’ll just be fully raw today and eat my weight in cacao nice cream but it’s raw so it’s fine! Lol not exactly. So anyway, I’m trying the Low FODMAP thing now, which excludes a lot of my favorite fruits in high quantities (bye bye fruit binges) and so far I’m really happy with the way my body feels now, even though I had to let go of a lot of my favorite foods and detach from the idea that an all raw diet is somehow the ultimate supreme goal because it truly is not working for my body anymore, and quite frankly I don’t think it ever did. It was a great cleanse, but I did most of my healing initially on #rawtill4 and I’m going back to using that model again. Less fruit and more starches and lots of just listening to my body and eating nice and slow so I can sense and respond to its signals. Tonight for dinner I made Colton & myself mashed potatoes, steamed veggies & oyster mushroom gravy (oyster mushrooms are like the ONLY mushroom that’s low fodmap). It was like thanksgiving in a bowl. My digestion has been so much better and my stomach has that nice dip in it even after I eat. And even though a lot of my favorite fruits are on the list of nos, I’m thoroughly enjoying being able to eat things like rice and oatmeal completely guilt free now. 💗

A lot of people wonder why I eat a plant based vegan diet and their is many big reasons as to why.

The first reason that embarked me on vegan diet journey in 2013 was for health reasons as I had colitis, depression, hyperhydrosis, paranoia and many other health issues and symptoms.

And I found that this diet helped me resolve all of my health issues, then later on in my journey I learnt about the abuse and death that animals go through to be put in our plate.

And for me as an empath I cannot spend my hard earned money on meat or other animal based foods that has harmed or killed an animal in the process because I love animals, they are my friends but food.

The third reason is the that the environmental impact of the animal factory farming industry is the main cause of deforestation and this industry produces more green house gas emissions then the whole transportation system combined.

And last but not least eating this way gives me an abundance of energy, it optimizes my stamina, endurance, strength, recovery time after training and many other sports performance benefits.

Carbs 😍 I haven't been watching my carb intake lately so I expected to gain a few lbs, but I weighed myself just out of curiosity and I've actually lost about 5 lbs!! 🤨 Weird but I'm obviously not going to complain about it haha! Weight isn't a hugely important thing to me at this point but I do like to stay around a weight where I FEEL good. (For me personally that's from 127-133 roughly.) I've upped my intake of fresh fruits and veggies so I'm guessing that's part of the reason I feel so good and also why I've lost a few lbs. Oh and I've upped my greens intake again, because greens are soooo full of life and my remedy for just about anything and everything 😂😁 Find what works for you and stick to it! #wholefoodsvegan #eatgoodfeelgood

Is there anything else you do in life besides eating fruit? This question inevitably creeps up in the comments and I smile widely every time I see it. There is so much focus in the Western culture on ‘doing’ or ‘getting things done’ there is no time to explore actually BEING on this planet. I remember how back home my friends working as day traders in London’s City would boast about how many nights and days they have worked in the office without sleep, without going home. My friends with their private companies in turn would brag about not having taken a single day of holiday leave in 10 years due to having so many new projects. This attitude is widely approved in our society. Here, in SE Asia, life goes at a much slower pace. The ‘doing’ is not so much of a race amongst the local folk. I watch the Balinese how they raise their kids and they do it completely differently than we do. There is no sweet treats involved, no entertainment parks and no shopping malls. In return these people ARE with their kids all day, the focus is on being with the kids rather than doing something with the kids. Being over doing. Being in the present, being in a meditative state. If the idea of closing your eyes and sitting a one-hour meditation without any electronical devices scares the living lights out of you and you’d rather ‘get things done’ - then you might be using work as a means of escaping yourself, escaping your true thoughts and feelings. Cherry and cocoa overnight oats and chia 😋

Getting the breakfast ready for the morning. These overnight oats have half a cup of oats, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, just over half a cup of soya milk (add a splash more if it seems a bit dry), a tablespoon of maple syrup, teaspoon of vanilla extract, frozen cherries and two teaspoons of cocoa nibs. Can’t wait to eat this tomorrow!
