Epic night. No, wait. It is.... LEGENDARY! I hit a tremendous milestone, and I’m so very proud. I’m also tremendously grateful for all the love and support so many dear ones have given me as I worked on myself to get this done.
Since 02/01/18 (yes, THIS YEAR), I’ve worked my tail off - literally! - and have officially lost over 100 lbs! Thanks to the HMR program for helping me find the missing piece so I could accomplish this.

It’s November, can you believe it! In a blink of eye we only have 2 months left of 2018! November means SO much more to me this year. It marks my ONE year MEnniversay (as I call it). Last November, the 12th to be exact, I decide to make a ME change. I joined the HMR Program, a program that I knew I needed in my life. It completely changed everything. To say it was easy, I would be lying. There were good weeks and some bad weeks. I can’t believe it. I’m not at my goal weight BUT that doesn’t matter, I did it and STILL working on it. I’m so proud of myself. 1/2 green bell pepper,
1/2 onion,

##
• 1 HMR vanilla shake • 1 cup of water
• 1/2-1 banana
• 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
• 1 tsp cinnamon • 1/4 tsp ginger (optional) • 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional) • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • sprinkle of salt • 4 ice cubes

HMR Veggie Curry Entree Stir Fry for Two.

2 boxes of HMR Veggie Curry
1 lb. Of chopped Asian vegetable stir fry vegetables like: Green peppers, broccoli, red peppers, snap peas, snow peas, white onions, red onions, mushrooms, carrots, Bok choy, bamboo shoots, baby corn, water chestnuts.
1 to 2 tsp of red chili powder
1 tbsp of crushed garlic

Chop all veggies to reasonable bite size pieces. Spray very little oil in pan (preferably a 12" or larger), using a piece of paper towel, rub it around. Place chopped vegetables in the Stir fry pan, then turn the heat on low/ medium. Add all the veggies.When it starts to sizzle, start stirring the vegetables around, then add the garlic and chili powder to the 2 entrees, stir, then place on top of veggie stir fry . Start stirring it all together after 5 minutes, continuing to Stir often on every 2 minutes so as not to burn. The frequency will be how quick your oven cooks. Then after about 12 minutes, turn off heat and enjoy.

For extra veggie fun, can be placed on top of zucchini, Carrot, or cucumber "noodles" (spirals) for extra crunch and fun flavor.

These lemon-dill salmon burgers would go perfectly over a hearty spinach salad, sandwiched between fresh whole wheat buns or folded up in a crispy lettuce wrap. It's a crowd pleaser that will add variety and flavor to replace the typical burger meal.

INGREDIENTS
4 ounce salmon filet
1 egg
1 Teaspoon dijon mustard
1 Teaspoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh dill

DIRECTIONS
1. Season the salmon filet with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat.
3. Spray with cooking spray, and sear the salmon on both sides until cooked through.
4. In a bowl, flake the salmon apart with 2 forks.
5. Add the egg, dijon, lemon juice, and chopped dill.
6. Carefully form the salmon into a patty.
7. In the same pan, sear the salmon patty on both sides until golden brown.

Craving something with crunch? Skip the chips and snack on these low-calorie, crispy veggies made with eggplant, carrots and green beans! Add this to your next meal prep and pair these crispy veggies with your favorite HMR entree or a lean protein. ••• INGREDIENTS
1 Medium eggplant
1 Large carrot
1 Steamer bag of green beans
Spices of choice (garlic, onion, paprika, basil, etc.)

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Chop eggplant and carrot into thin flat slices (chip-like).
3. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Spread eggplant slices, carrot slices, and green beans on baking sheet.
4. Sprinkle veggies with spices of choice. Roast in oven for 15-22 min. Then broil for 5-7 min until crispy.
5. Serve immediately.
