I haven't had a paper planner in a while. I work as a postdoctoral researcher and as much as I love stationery, I have been using Google and Outlook calendars to handle all my planning. I do always carry a hard cover, Moleskine-like notebook everywhere for notes and daily to-do lists. I haven't come across a planner that fit my daily needs and that fit my work lifestyle. But I have been eyeing Hobonichi products because I use fountain pens and was interested in the Tomoe River paper in their books. When I saw videos on their new Hobonichi Weeks Mega Planner, I was instantly intrigued because the weeks format seemed to work with my daily to do lists, and the paper at the back of the book adds to my need for a notebook all the time. Plus, it's preeeetty. Shipping from their store in Japan was amazing. So fast and packaged beautifully. Hobonichi lovers, I get it. I absolutely get it now.
