Pulled Pork Tacos from our “2018 Chrisco Recipe Calendar”
1kg pork shoulder (bone removed, skinless) 410g crushed tomatoes
3 tbsp. crushed garlic
Salt and pepper
1 Old El Paso stand and stuff soft taco kit
Preparing the sauce
Pour the tinned tomatoes into your slow
cooker, add the garlic and salt and pep- per to taste.
Lay the pork shoulder in the sauce and set the slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours (depending on your slow cooker).
Pop your pork back in the slow cooker and mix with the sauce.
Spoon the pork and sauce mixture into the slow cooker and mix with the sauce. Spoon the pork and sauce mixture into the soft tacos using a slotted spoon, top with the included salsa and serve.
Jazz it up with extra toppings such as jalapenos, shredded lettuce and cheese / 6 Servings.
