I am proof that muscle can still survive after going through multiple pregnancies and c-section tummies! At only being 8 months PP, I want more than just abs.
Heck with abs! 🤜🏻I want to be strong.
🤜🏻I want to be unstoppable.
🤜🏻I want to overcome and continue not giving up on myself!
99.9% of the day, I look like the top photo - ain't gonna lie! 🙄 I did give in to treats. I did have moments of not finishing the workout completely. I did enjoy my glass of wine.
But I'm not in it for a vanity. ☑️I'm in it for health, ☑️for prevention, ☑️for a positive mindset. This journey has pushed me past PPD and PPA, and feeling stronger than I did before having Emerly!
