I normally don't work on Sundays, but nutrition client Darrius really wanted to start shopping healthier for his fitness goals immediately.
We met up at the grocery store and went through what to look for when choosing foods, how to read a food label, healthy snacks, and putting together a healthy meal. He even left with a few new foods to try for dinner. Can't wait to hear how it turns out!
