Have you ever want to change something so bad but didn’t know how ? Maybe you do know how but just want leav it alone. It is ok to feel any emotion . Just remember feelings come from your thoughts not anyone else’s thoughts. So if you change your thoughts then you change your feelings. My advice is start work out your thoughts with some self development. It like go to the gym for your mind. A whole new world will open for you when you start to. If you all ready do self development then do more because there never to much you can do. ___
Any one have some good self development to recommend? ___ If you need someone to talk to I’m open all the time to talk text me at 5619296553
We are in control of our own happiness. How we view events in our lives effects our happiness. The stoic Marcus Aurelius tells us “the tranquility that comes when you stop caring what they say,or think, or do. Only what you do.”...My interpretation of this is basically F*ck what everyone else thinks, only concern yourself with what you’re doing. Yes when we have chronic illnesses and autoimmune disorders we need a support team..but realistically we cannot expect them to make us or keep us happy. I know the depression associated with being this ill. To put it mildly it blows. But we have to take charge of our own happiness...don’t let bitterness overwhelm you...be that amazing unicorn that shoots rainbows out your ass if it makes you happy. Chase your happiness what ever it is, you may have difficulties because of your illness but doesn’t mean you cannot keep striving for it...Do you boo and make yourself happy.
