Whenever I wanted to get in shape, lose some weight I had no issue keeping my plan on weekdays but weekends and not cheating 😬 was impossible for me. It took a lot of effort to keep my diet during the weekend because my routine is different. You go out 🍻,wake up late 🕜, ect. So what I found as a solution to help me is that im not so strict with myself for these 2 days 😏. It doesnt mean im gonna eat🍴the whole fridge 🤐 but not going to feel bad or punish myself if I eat a bit more. I try to keep some basic rules 📈 of course and dont eat garbage 🗑.. but if happens than it happens.
