You have to go through the pain in order to get over it. You can not wake up one day & get over it. Please understand that it takes time, pain is a process of getting over things or moving on. Wounds take time to heal so trust the timings and let it take its time that comes with the pain. This too shall pass. If not today, tomorrow or may be after a year or may be after seven years but one day it’s going to be irrelevant and you will either accept and learn to live with it or will get over it but while it’s happening bear the pain, let it take its course. If it hurts too much, cry about it, cry as much as you can, it’s normal. If you want to tweet about it go tweet about, post about it & don’t care about what people will say or think. It’s your journey and only yours. Do whatever helps you ease it, do whatever you feel like doing. Talk about it if you feel like talking about it. If all the anchors that remind you of it hurts you, cry about it until one day it doesn’t bother you anymore cause I promise one day it will stop. But until then go through the pain, don’t bottle up your feelings, express it, shout, scream, cry cause you can not get over it in one day, give it time and let time heal it for you. Time is the best healer, cause I know, been there, don’t that. And always remember You’re not alone.
