Basically, the first step is the following:
Conceal your intentions.
The people will plot and try to ruin you if they think you could potentially steal them the best resources.
They can't fight what they cannot see.
Never say more than necessary.
The more you say, the more you appear common.
When you have established your presence, increase your respect and charming through absence and scarcity.
Not try to help who doesn't want to be safed. He will spit and hates you.
Wait the invite to enter.
Learn when you have to fold the hand.
Not fight when you are weaker, take time to recover yourself.
Crush your enemy totally, when you are stronger.
Keep your friends close.
Gather life allies on the path.
Make a crew composed by trustworthy men who knows the role of each other and play for you.
Life is competition and nobody can achieve anything alone.
Be always loyal with them.
The best people are loyal in-group and cruel out-group.
The worst of them are instead wolfs inside the enclosure and sheeps outside.
Keep your enemies closer.
Not to be deceived by appearance. Mostly, weak means strong, strong means weak. Anyway, get to others to play with your cards. Be the dealer of this game.
Be clever, never appear too needy.
All social nets are been ruled by self-interest and mutual exchange.
Be clear about your needs.
Meanwhile, keep always in mind what you have for exchange, your "social value".
Set your value high, and then, set it higher yet.
The world will treat you like you demand.
Nothing different from that.
If you have to enter an action, do it with boldness. Timidity puts obstacles on your path and it's always been disrespected.
Try to win through your actions, not through your argument.
People never change completely their beginning opinion based on what you say.
They will follow you just if they see achievements, if they smell some kind of advantage.
But if you have to make a speech, do it at your best.
In order to be attractive...
It's not really important WHAT to say.
It s far important HOW to say that.
Be charismatic and constantly self-monitor yourself, your outer game, your image.
These are my favourite Laws of Power.
