16 weeks with Atlas —> 16 weeks Baby #2
After I had Atlas (well before I was even pregnant) I had no idea how to healthily lose weight & keep it off. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle seemed like the most out of reach possibility for me. I was a queen yo-yo-er! 👸🏼 Gain 15 lbs, lose 10. Gain 7, lose 5.. as you can see, I still constantly gained. Now while I was never largely overweight, I also wasn’t happy. I also started to convince myself that “I look pretty decent for having a baby!” But I didn’t want being a mom to define me, or be an excuse as to why I couldn’t get fit.. sooo, I went from one extreme to the next. I literally hadn’t, consistently, worked out for about 7 years when I decided it was my time to take back control 😏 I made a commitment to myself to join an online bootcamp & make working out a priority; EVERYDAY.. no ifs ands or buts about it.
I was given (and will give you) an exact plan to follow. I was told exactly how much food, from EVERY food group to eat each day (YES, you can still eat carbs 🙌🏼). I virtually worked out with a trainer, every. single. day. following programs that are tested to give you maximum results, even by following the modifier!! A freaking AMAZING shake that I could literally go on and on for days about. Not to mention the support and accountability from an insane amount of girls that just want to see you succeed and get sickass results!
