Iftar buffet dinner at @pearl_continental_hotels marquee.
Iftar plus dinner had loads of variety. Tables were neatly set with rooh afza, lassi and dates. Surprisingly had different varieties in juices like tang, doodh rooh afza, plain roogh afza and lemonade. Food comprising usual iftar ritual items like cholay, dahi phulkian, kachori, rolls, samosay, fruirs, fries fish assorted chaats etc.
Dinner had pulao, paaye, beef nihari, lamb, fried and steamed rice, arabian veges with couscous, potato gratin, some cheese qeema, chowmein, dill chicken with few more dishes along with multifarious salad and dessert bars.
Iftar items were delicious and fresh so as the food. Just arabian veges and beef chilies' veges reeked some pungent smell that was communicated too. Besides that everything was fresh and tasty.
Ambience and service on point, extra courteous staff that ensured to be served in every possible way.
P.S they had separate bbq section that i totally forgot to visit 🙈 it had prawns tempura too thats my most fav which is served at taipans buffet that I am legit craving now 🙈
