This pull here took FOREVER and I mean FOREVER TO GET.
Been at it for over 2 weeks now. I’m no power lifter not I intend to be one. I do however want to push as much weight as I can possibly get , gradually getting it.
I had gotten pretty close last time and I let it go, a brother to me called me out on it and said some words that remained with me. No man, No REAL MAN, family man ever wants to hear. “ you had it, you gave up, don’t ever let it happen again”
I took those words to heart and used it as fuel. Thank you brother for that. @barbellbacon3435
I know the FORM wasn’t the best but I don’t give a f*ck I pulled it and it’s only going to get better from there.
I almost gave up on this pull, completely gave up and said forget deadlifts. That’s how bad this has haunted me. I’m no quitter so I continued to try and try and try and try and try. Right when I felt like giving up I got the pull.
If I would have given up I would have known what the results would have been, NOTHING absolutely NOTHING!!! The feeling you get when you accomplish a goal is like no other. I’m not done here I know I can get more, back to the drawing board we go setting new goals. #neverfull
