I’ve spent 8 years of my life building this. October 2009. Everything will be bigger and better, but that doesn’t mean I’m not proud. I constantly think of ways to do things even better than what I’m currently doing, and I do all I can to get the most out of this sport. SO..today was the day I started to do HIIT and 10 sets of vacuums before breakfast. Five times a week. I’ll also train every muscle group twice a week, and have five workouts a week from here and now on, to get my body out of its comfort zone (I’ve been training 4 times a week the last year). I’ve done other changes too, but that’s secret for now. Intensity and adaptation to stress leads to growth, both physically and mentally.
