Es muy probable que después de viajar por el Sudeste asiático tengas un ránking muy distinto al nuestro, o que si ya anduviste por esos puestitos callejeros tailandeses que largan humo de los woks, te agarre un brote psicótico porque no incluimos a tu querido pad thai ni al “sweet and sour”. Pero como este es nuestro dream team y no nos achicamos a las presiones internacionales ni los embargos, le somos fieles a nuestros paladares.

STEAK & VEGETABLE PASTA
I am stuffed. But in a good way. Not in a “I want to throw up” way this was one large plate of food demolished this evening for my dinner (post-gym) ♀️
The main message I want to share with you is large portions are not a bad thing whatsoever! It’s more about what’s on your plate rather than how much of it!
Would you believe that this dish contains:
140g rump steak 🥩
75g white pasta
75g cherry tomatoes
75g green beans
75g broccoli 🥦
75g red pepper
1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1 tsp avocado oil
That’s 12 ingredients, ~680g of food and wait for it ... only:
Even I am surprised when you think that your average supermarket 400g ham & mushroom tagliatelle has 570kcal, 70g carbs and 20g fat ... you’ll want to make your own every time!
In all honesty this was probably a larger portion than I would usually have, but meant that I wasn’t tempted to snack later on in the evening, something that has often been my downfall!
So there we have it - you can enjoy steak and pasta, in generous amounts, as part of a balanced and healthy lifestyle!
Mondays are always a good day to get back to posting, right? #lunch today was late but very #yummy. People sometimes have a misconception that eating healthy is boring, but I tell you this plate was full a flavour.
