i was in santa barbara last weekend and decided to try the salt cave. are you familiar with all the benefits from pink himalayan salt? pretty cool stuff! —

y aunque parece obvio, a veces no hacemos conciencia 💭 que NO debemos de comprar ciertos alimentos pues tenerlos a la mano causa tentación 🙅🏻‍♀️. Si nosotros llenamos el refrigerador y alacena de puras cosas sanas 🥒🥕🍉🍓🥜🌰, entonces cuando queramos comer algo, solo tendremos opciones saludables, pero si creemos que vamos a tener galletas, papas, etc para nuestros hijos, invitados o quien sea, terminaremos comiéndolo mas temprano que tarde. .
Y entonces pegar tu menú semanal pegado en el refri con un imán bonito, no te va a servir de nada 😂😂

Así, que aunque es un tip muy obvio, no compres cosas que sabes que no te hacen bien, si de plano el antojo es muy grande, tendrás que salir de tu casa por el 🚶🏻‍♂️y por lo menos ya implica un esfuerzo (o probablemente hagas conciencia en el camino 🙄) - y NO, no pidas rappi en estos casos 😂😂😂

Day 64 - One Diet Does Not Fit All
When it comes to food and dieting, what works for that celebrity that you secretly want to look like might not work for you. Everyone’s body is different and we require different nutrients. Let me just say that dieting is not the answer. You need to make a lifestyle change in order to see lasting results. You can’t expect to diet for 2 months (or after you drop 10 lbs) and then go back to the way you were eating before. It’s not healthy and you’re not doing yourself any good. Learn how to enjoy eating healthier options and stop trying to follow a diet that might not even work for you.
