A veces es difícil evitar situaciones o personas que realmente nos bajan el nivel energético, pero debes proteger tu vibración, simplemente pensando que eso no va contigo, ni con quien eres, y si tienes la posibilidad de alejarte de situaciones o de personas negativas hazlo!!! depura todo lo malo y negativo porque eso no es lo que necesitas.
Rodéate de personas positivas, que te motiven, de cosas que te gusten, y se consiente de todas las bendiciones que tienes en tu día a día.
Termina con relaciones abusivas y negativas, lo que no te guste cambialo, es una buena época para terminar con situaciones que no traen felicidad y alegría, tambien para hacer limpieza, de todo, limpia tu casa, tu cartera, tu computadora, lo que no sirva se va, desde hoy haces cosas que te hagan feliz y que te traiga mucha abundancia!!! Happy Sunday my beautiful people!! 🎄 I’m really getting into the Christmas mood and I’m spending this Sunday afternoon wrapping edible gifts, listening to Michael Bublé (the ultimate Christmas soundtrack 🎶) and sipping on my golden milk 💛💛 Are you a golden milk lover like me?? It’s a super nourishing and delicious warm drink, perfect for the holiday season to balance out all those decadent treats!! ☺️
Recipes for one: • 1 1/2 cup rice milk (this will make it naturally sweet, but you can use any other plant based milk. Just add a little bit of sweetener)
• 1 tsp turmeric • 1/3 tsp cinnamon • 1 tsp coconut oil • pinch of black pepper • 1/4 tsp clove
Mix all the ingredients in a sauce pan and, whisking constantly, bring to a simmer. Enjoy it hot! ☺️✨ I wish you all a beautiful new week! Ciao 🦄🌸

What a miserable, rainy Saturday it was yesterday - Definitely had me feeling like a ‘create your own sunshine’ kinda day.
A self-care afternoon consisting of a 45 Minute Infrared Sauna 🧖🏼‍♀️💦 Followed by a Serin Moon Milk packed with goodness (Spirulina, Pearl & Marine Collagen - Amazing for Skin, joints & bones) all in the beautiful pink bubble that is Glow Bar, on Mortimer Street
I don’t know about you but I am not a huge lover of this time of year, and I can often find myself waking up anxious and feeling a little lost. For me personally, I find some Self Care time really helps me feel energised and gets me feeling good about myself again. Another mood booster is surrounding yourself with family and friends.
I recommend discovering your secret mood booster like me, so when you do have those down days that you just can’t shake off (and hey they are super normal and OK to have), you can make sure you know just what to do, to get you back to your motivated, happy, loving, inspired, ‘positive pants on’ self again 💕💕💕

How to take better care of your health in 2019 tip 3:

It is not news that most Americans do not drink enough water. Many of us think we do but once we start counting the bottles or glasses, it turns out to be nothing near what the average person needs 👉🏻 ~64oz

For some, just drinking more water could take you from feeling sluggish to energized. A few benefits include; 💦Aids in digesting food
💦Helps with elimination (urine and bowel movements)
💦Supports organ function 💦 Allows skin to brighten up and replenish "Yeah, yeah lady I know I need to be drinking more water. But I just don't remember to." 🤷🏼‍♀️ 5 ways to implement more H2O:
1. Download a water app to give you the reminder. This is a great way to get the idea of drinking more water in your conscious mind
2. You go all night without anything in your system. Drink 1-2 glasses right when you wake before coffee or tea. It will lubricate, stimulate and replenish your organs (including digestion) and wake them up for the day.
3. Carry a water bottle with you - she's your new bestie. Ever since I paid more money than I ever thought I'd pay for my teal 40oz water bottle, I began looking at my water bottle as an accessory (and an investment in my health). That bitch goes everywhere with me and gives me a pop of color as an accessory🕶👜👠 BONUS: You're doing your part to help the environment by not using plastic water bottles over and over 🌏🙌🏻
4. Drink a glass or several sips from your bottle before each meal. Multiple benefits here friends; helps fill your belly before you eat. Will aid in digesting your meal and you're drinking water, so...
5. Flavor water if you don't like the taste. My favorite way of doing this is to use #doterraessentialoils lemon, orange, peppermint are a few favorites for some.

Question 🙋🏼: Is carbonated water ok?
Answer: It's not what I would drink because the carbonation can cause us to bloat but if that's going to help you drink water, go for it.

If you’ve been following me for a while you know that I’ve been taking adaptogenic herbs 🌿 and medicinal mushrooms 🍄 daily for several years now and one that I love to keep in rotation is astragalus ✨

Rainy Sunday morning GINGERBREAD WAFFLES😌🧡 wish you could taste these through your phone but you’ll just have to make them for yourself🥰
I mixed 1 cup @simplemills Pancake and Waffle mix with 4 tsp melted coconut oil, 4 tblsp water, 2 flax eggs and gingerbread spice(1/2 tsp each ceylon cinnamon, allspice, and ground ginger, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, dash of cardamom). Pour in your waffle maker and you know the rest😋

Our first cruise is coming to an end and we had a great evening celebrating our friend’s birthday last night but in order to safeguard our hormones as well as health and a lean body, it is important to find a balance between indulgence and feeling guilty for enjoying gastronomy pleasures across the globe. ⚖️ There is nothing worse than coming back from your holiday feeling puffy, bloated, and having a heart attack when you step on your bathroom scale. 🤦🏼‍♀️

So if you overindulged, do not despair - there is so much you can do to prevent that to happen though.  If your metabolism and hormones are not working optimally your body starts storing fat. So it’s important to remember that the better your hormones and metabolism are functioning you keep your lean and healthy body.
And this is why it is SOO important to include exercise to your holiday routine and set up a great metabolic tone for the rest of the trip. My favorite way is to do a quick 12-15 HIIT routine first thing in th morning to rev up my metabolism for the day. But remember, the Incidental exercise counts too; such as walking instead of taking a cab, or recreational sports such as golf, horseback riding, surfing or snorkeling. #petralawes #growyourglow #theglowupmethod #theglowup

1. Наслаждайся едой: текстурой, вкусом, внешним видом. Новогодние праздники не терпят серости и безвкусия. Помни, загон себя в рамки в это время может негативно сказаться на вашем здоровье.
2. Фокусируйся на общении с семьей и друзьями и на своих внутренних ощущениях, а не калориях и соотношениях БЖУ в том или ином блюде.
3. Ешь осознанно: выпей воды минут за 20 до еды и тщательно пережёвывай пищу (это, кстати, первый этап нашего пищеварения). Часто, мы едим так быстро, что уже через пару часов не помним даже вкуса съеденного блюда.
4. Пройдись после ужина или обеда. Помни, что движение - это жизнь.
5. На следующий после праздника (или корпоратива) день выдели время для себя: но не для того, чтобы поругать за съеденный кусочек торта или бокал шампанского, а для того, чтобы отблагодарить. Напиши список того, за что ты себя благодарен, завари вкусный чай 🍵 и посмотри одну из любимых новогодних комедий. Кстати, я обожаю пересматривать «Один дома», «Отпуск по обмену» или «Старый Новый год».
