Quick run from @ddasc. I'd normally refrain from posting a clip like this because I landed a bit low on the 3-whip. But! I'm focusing on documenting my journey more and more and this is a great example of that. Although I landed a tad low on the 3-whip, I didn't buckle like I used to in the past. I owe that to working with @jciake the last 2 years recovering from #ACL surgery and the last 10 months working with @coachmatthunter at @athleticlab on my strength. I'm going to be sharing more runs like this from my riding but they will be a lot cleaner. I just wanted to show you the progress I've made in my landing absorption and recovery and how important the gym training is and how effectively it translates to the bike.
