Does anyone else feel the need to always be snacking?! I snack way too often and I'm trying to cut back. Luckily the food choices I make are more on the healthy side, but I still end up eating too often.
If you have any tips for snacking less often, let me know! I try to chew gum when I'm wanting a snack and have found that helps, but hopefully can just train myself to calm down on the snacking.

I admit I have an addiction to restaurants. I love eating out no matter how much we spent on groceries the day before. I don’t mind cooking, but at restaurants there are fewer distractions and at least an hour dedicated to catching up on the day’s events. Of course Conor HATES restaurants after about 5 minutes, so they’ve become a little less enjoyable. But I don’t have to clean up my the dishes afterward, so it’s still a win :@milknhoneynutrition

Its #day9 and I could not feel better. My energy levels have been high, I’ve been reaching goals at the gym, and I’ve been eating!!! #yasss I did NOT meal prep this week because I’m human and I get lazy. So tonight I had leftovers which were as simple as potatoes (warmed up in the microwave), ground beef, and tons of sautéed veggies. To top it off, I used @sirkensingtons Pizza Ranch per recommendation from @jennaswholejourney. I have to say, this stuff is growing on me! Tonight’s dinner isn’t super fancy. It doesn’t even look all that appealing. However, it’s compliant and that’s all that matters!
