First dive into @sukkahhillspirits's Etrog liqueur!
Blueberries love lavender, and they both love lemon, so this seemed the perfect seasonal avenue for the Etrog, whose aromas and flavors are sweeter, softer, and more floral/blossom-y than lemon. This was a dreamy summer cocktail, and in my opinion an ideal use of the Etrog, which at 76 proof is strong enough to use as a base, and is sweet enough to skip any additional syrups/sweeteners (although not as sweet as many liqueurs). That teensy bit of salt--not enough to signal salinity--just wakes the flavors up. Refreshing, balanced, and oh so pretty on the palate.
