Day 60 of 80
I don’t even know what to say.... I’m proud of myself. The only other program I completed was T25 and that was 5 years ago?!?! And even then i didn’t do the nutrition plan.... This program (80 day Obsession) - I’ve completed all the workouts AND stuck to the meal plan! NO I haven’t been % - I’m human and not perfect. But I’ve been consistently making better choices, healthier options, and hitting snooze less!
But let’s be honest: the workouts are tough but that’s not why I’m getting results! I’ve been working out for years - consistently. But FOOD CHOICES - that is the biggest factor in my success this time!
Nutrition is hard. It’s harder than going to the gym or pushing play at home. Food takes planning, preparation, discipline to stick to the plan, and acknowledgement when you made a bad choice and learn from it!
