In school we learn about the longest river or the highest mountain.
In maths they teach us how you can calculate the volume.
But no one shows us how to be aware of our body & mind. How to train our body to be healthy & fit.
Or how to handle feelings like grief, anxiety or depression.
Why they don’t teach kids how our breath can help us against nervousness before an exam or how we can do meditation to increase our concentration?
