It’s been 4 weeks since I competed! I am loving my training at the moment feeling well fuelled for my sessions with the increased food! I am 4lbs/1.8kg above my stage weight and maintaining on 2000 calories a day with 2 cheats a week (Sat&Sun) taking my calories up to 4000+ on each day.
My strength has shot up! So far I have hit 120kg squat for 6 reps
110kg deadlift 2 reps
20kg dumbbell shoulder press 10 reps
17.5kg dumbbell bicep curls
I do not diet on stupidly low calories which is why I haven’t had any rebound I am currently 120lbs / 54kg and feeling stronger than ever!
Looking to build up the calories & beat some more PB’s! off season training is way more fun
