Not the greatest physique update, but little patience for taking photos of myself today. Weighing in at 186 and I've been eating, which is a good feeling.
Exam month has been killing my mental fortitude. 2 more and then im onto projects 😧
In addition, I've been a mess outside outside of school. Trying to put myself first, but its seemingly difficult when my mind is on questions that i dont have answers to. Have had a few close calls when it comes to panic attacks since last week, but I've been able to stop them at anxiety luckily. Psych appointment tomorrow, so im going to focus on my anxiety, and hopefully get a grasp on the triggers and coping mechanisms to deal with them.
