Salut les musclé(e)s, aujourd'hui je vous présente Jerem mon Égérie Homme. 10 ans de boxe anglaise jusqu'à ses 18ans où il intègre l'armée française et fait la découverte du kickboxing qu'il pratique et enseigne à l'heure actuelle. Thema Latziehen⬇️
Wichtig ist hierbei die Ausführung, um den Muskel richtig zu Treffen und die Gelenke zu schonen.
Dafür habe ich euch Mal eine kleine Checkliste gemacht:
-Bauch anspannen
-Becken nach hinten kippen um ein zu großes Hohlkreuz zu vermeiden
-Handgelenk und Ellbogen bilden eine Linie
-der Ellbogen ist ca 45° VOR dem Schultergelenk (dadurch schont ihr das Schultergelenk, da ihr es nicht in eine unnatürliche Haltung zwingt)
-Stange zur Brust ziehen, dabei möglichst nah am Gesicht vorbei und den Oberkörper dabei leicht nach hinten kippen
-in der negativen Phase schiebt ihr den Oberkörper wieder unter die Stange ➡️Führt die Übung langsam und kontrolliert aus. Haltet die Spannung auch in der negativen Phase!!

Heres (hopefully) some helpful thoughts on getting back up and running in the gym if you’re still feeling sluggish after Christmas. ... Habit and routine are so so important and if you’ve slipped out of the process of eating well and exercising consistently it can be really hard to shift gears back into it.

If you’re feeling a bit tired and lethargic your body will want to stay in that mode to conserve energy and minimise the time and effort required In changing it can become a downward spiral.

Knowing this, it’s good to stay a step ahead of yourself by using a few hacks that encourage you to make moves.
An example of this is to just focus on a specific number of gym visits rather than a training outcome. If you’re already struggling to hit in the gym and you try and sell yourself that going means doing a mammoth gruelling leg session it’s even less likely to happen... Instead say to yourself this week I’ll go for three quick workouts and just do my favourite things with my favourite tunes playing, next thing you know a week or two later you’re back in love.
