I always thought tight hip flexors were the reason why I had a poor squat. However, it was actually limited ankle mobility. A few minutes of rolling the soles of your feet will increase your range of motion in your ankles.

There is a lot of news coming out here in Sweden, especially protein bars etc. #starnutrition has recently come out with a lot of new bars, they are pretty much ”summer edition” bars. Mango white chocolate: This is a mango flavoured bar with a coating of ”white chocolate”.
Taste: This is a very sweet proteinbar with a very artficial taste of mango & white chocolate, pretty much a youghurt type of coating i would say, wich i do like. (I love artficial flavours hehe)
Texture: The texture is very soft. (you can tell by the picture) It is easy to chew & the only bad thing is that the bar will not last long, since it literally just melts in your mouth. Macros: The macros are on point, only 175 calories per bar, wich is great. A Nice treat if you are on a diet & basically craving something sweet. Gives this a try if you enjoy trying out new flavours! I will probably not buy this one again, since i only love trying out new stuff & then i am pretty much done.

Well I can tell you one thing that might surprise you
You don’t actually build muscle in the gym🤯
Muscle is build through RECOVERY!!
It doesn’t take working out 6+ days a week
It doesn’t take your physical exhaustion daily
It doesn’t take doing cardio everyday •
It takes a proper lifting strategy and adequate time for your body to recover!!
This isn’t the same for everyone however I can tell you that of your working out everyday you might actually be hurting your self more than your helping!

I have found this to work amazing for not only my body but many people’s body’s that I have either coached or helped with there fitness
Now this might be a weird transition considering it may feel as if your working out less from your normal routine but the strength and recovery benefits you see from lifting this way may blow your mind •
