Bad news: YOU might be the problem!😕 It also can be good news, as now you know you have more power than you think to change that!😀
Many of us are probably tired of motivational speakers, telling us we can achieve EVERYTHING we put our mind to, because, meh, sometimes it’s just easier said than done.🙇🏻♀️ But it’s important to know that even though we can’t necessarily always change our circumstances, we can definitely change our perception of how we see things.👍
Why do the most successful people at times feel unhappy and why the poorest or the ones who seemingly suffer the most still keep smiling? Because your ability to be happy doesn’t depend on the outside world 100%. Of course everyone struggles in their own way, and having it all going nice and smooth helps, but you can still be happy even if there is a turmoil outside your inner world.🤯
Now, how to do it? How to improve your resilience? One of the best tips I can give is practice happiness. Sounds weird but it works. Happiness, same as love, doesn’t just come to you, you should practice it on a daily basis. Fake it till you make it.🥳 Every time you feel like saying “life sucks”, change your language and say “it might be a little tough but I got this, I can go through this, I always have”, etc.
Remember, you decide how to perceive problems and issues in your life. It may be “oh, no, I’m so unlucky, nothing ever works for me”, or “sh*t happens but at least I can train my brain muscles and figure out how I can get out of it or make it work”. Just like they say: “what doesn’t kill me, makes me stronger”.💪🏻
