That’s why it’s so important that we all continually evaluate our personal beliefs, especially those we have about ourselves. This is something I believe we all struggle with at some point in time. I certainly know I have. ————————————————————————
We all have a physical body, but our physical bodies, no matter how well defined they are, don’t define us either. We are not our bodies, we simply have a body to live in, and of course we should all look after that housing we call “our body” via diet and regular exercise 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻

But we are made of much greater substance than this physical body that we embody. I used to put a lot of pressure on myself to always be super lean, because I thought (as @theabscoach) that’s all I had to offer people, and that my voice, and opinion, only mattered based upon how lean I was. ————————————————————————
Having abs (or great glutes, etc) is really cool and all, but we are all made of much greater substance, and we should do our best to focus on revealing that greater, much more valuable substance that we have to offer to the world. Me being topless, might be how some people physically recognize me, but hopefully it’s not how they identify me or connect with me 😉
