I challenge you to take at least 5 MINUTES today for YOURSELF. Yes, you read that right....do something for YOU today. Write in a journal, get our nails done, do a little shopping, read a book, take a hot bath, sit in a quiet room. Make it a habit to do that one thing every single day.
