Some may not understand what I’ve been up to 😅 so I wanted to share what I ate today! I eat 5 meals a day plus a snack, daily.
Today was a little different, being a refeed day the goal is to consume extra Glycogen to feed the muscles that have been working so hard the past 35 days! So there were some “dirty yellows” as we call them💛 and some extra fruit💜
So I indulged in fixate zucchini bread, blueberry pancakes, and loaded(with veggies) burger!
Super excited to see how this first refeed effects my body in the morning!
I do NOT EVER consider my clean eating “being on a diet”, but eating according to my goals & fuel for my body. It’s been a great learning journey and I hope others enjoy the way they eat as much as I do!
