Restorative means: > Supported poses for maintaining them longer and have a deeper effect > More props that lessen the muscular work needed and sooth the nerves > Inversions: here is where the work put in during all those beginner classes pays off. These variations are usually easier to spend time in so they can truly be restorative even for less experienced students

Review: Lyubov — @yognutaya, Vinyasa flow yoga instructor⠀ ⠀ I tested out my new POSA Yoga NonSlipPro mat. My requirements were the same as always: it needed to be soft and non-slip. During the warmup, my hands were dry and the grip was rock-solid. 👌 And then I got doused by a water gun from the nearby pool. 😅 I guess they decided it was time for me to freshen up. 😂 I finished the rest of the practice on a wet mat!! So it was a true test.
