The second dam of the Lower Four Snake River dams spilled 300 gallons of oil into the Snake River yesterday.
This catastrophe further harms the nearly extinct Wild Chinook Salmon stocks and gravely affects the Southern Resident Orcas.🐟🐬
🚨This weekend, no matter where on earth you live, let’s all write a letter to Washington Governor Jay Inslee and implore him to breach the lower four snake river dams immediately in 2019. These dams are driving wild Salmon & Southern Resident Orcas to imminent extinction, they are losing millions of dollars yearly and destroying whole ecosystems.
🖤Tag @coextinctionfilm, @searchingforchinook & @pnwprotectors with images of your letters and we will share in our stories all weekend.
🤝We are the extinction rebellion.🤝
