The weather is great today with a little wind, so it was possible to divide up the 100 reps with multiple breaks in the wind (as I am not suppose to get sweaty or wet yet, according to the doctor. How is that even possible in this summer heat?). Varied by doing 40 traditional roll-ups and the rest jack knives.
(According to @blogilates 1 roll-up = 6 crunches So we can say 100 times 6? )

1st vid : TRX jack knive push ups
Doing a pushup on a TRX engages over 600 muscles at the same time is great isn't it? Is important to engage the core and feel it through the entire movement, so you are building your body strength faster which will result in a strongerand leaner body
2nd vid: TRX squat jump rows
Which strengthens your quads, glutes, biceps and back also is a great cardio workout.
The main point is that you push through your legs fireing your quads and glutes, and continueing with your arms and finishing of with the back muscle!

Bodyweight training is much better without mirrors and you are communicating with your own body and your give orders “ raise the leg higher , keep the body straight , focus on the core and balance etc....” that’s me ... @judyleecole
