Very few people know my struggles, and the fact that I lost almost all I've worked for 3yrs ago. .
The years of sweat, my factory, my vehicle some of my machines and tools and almost lost my mind too (story for another day) to mention but a few. .
In 2016, I got the Oxfam work in progress Scholarship with EDC and this angel @helenemore was one of the consultants assigned to work with me on my business.
I remember the Day she came to Ota to visit my business premise, we had to sit in a store with dust all over because I didn't even have an office to myself except a simple shed my mum put up so my boys can work. .
I told her, aunty I don't know how to start all over, she responded by saying Joy I give you 2 weeks to transform this place into a beffiting office for yourself, you can't think well if you don't have a place to come to daily. She then took me through my pricing models, and surveyed the compound and said you have land Joy, and started pointing, put structure up here, convert this building to that.........
And so I did put up the office In 2 weeks and there the beginning of new journey began...... .
I put up this post just to encourage someone today to look beyond the present situation and keep at it. keep doing the do, love the process and keep your eyes focused on the vision God has given to you. .
I celebrate you Aunty Helen @helenemore for being such a blessing to me, my cheerleader, my big sister and mentor.
