I can just smell the summer! ☀️ .
There are so many different dieting styles out there. A lot of people will tell you, Diet A works because ...(insert explanation) and that Diet B doesn't work because of this and that (blah blah blah). In my opinion, a lot of this depends on not only your genetics, but your lifestyle, activity level, likes/dislikes and even things such as your work schedule. I'll use myself as an example- Do I think an IIFYM diet could work for someone? Yes, I do. But it wouldn't work for me. And here's why...I hate numbers, I hate math and I don’t see myself staying that organized everyday. I would be miserable trying to keep track of everything! In summary, not every diet style you see works for everyone. If you see a generic diet online, don’t assume that it’s going to get you to where you want to be! .
