Hey y'all -- #keto blood glucose question.
Ordered some glucose test strips for my #ketomojo because until now I'd only tested blood ketone levels for the past year.
I'm going to research it later this evening, but wanted to go ahead and see if any of y'all could explain what the RIGHT side means for Glucose. I got the left side ketone part down since I've been testing it for well over a year. I think 84 range isn't that bad (30 minutes after a post workout #bulletproof coffee consisting of coconut oil, kerrygold butter, organic stevia, xtend raw bcaa powder and a bite of a delicious #ketobrick ). I'm 35, male, exercise regularly (heavy weightlifting but I do HIIT type superset every couple workouts to shock the muscles and switch it up), weigh roughly 168 and am about 5'11-6' with roughly 8% body fat (washboard abs and walmart scale is my judgement). Are my #glucose levels good? And what the heck is the Hb? Guessing something to do with hemoglobin but not sure.
