INCOMING LONG POST ABOUT WHAT I'M THANKFUL FOR:
First of all, see this photo? That's Japan! I'm thankful that I was fortunate enough to have gone there a little over a month ago. Visiting this beautiful place was the first thing on my bucket list, and I did it at age 24. Definitely won't be the last time I visit.
Second, I'm thankful for my home. San Diego is where it's at. After living in the cold and gloomy environment of Humboldt County for two years, I have such a greater appreciation for SoCal. If I ever eventually have to go away for work, I still want to retire and die here.
Third, I'm thankful for my job and the people I work with. It gets very stressful and overwhelming at times, but the people I work with are some of the coolest and funnest people around. Without them, I would absolutely loathe my job.
Fourth, I'm thankful for music. It's what keeps me awake during traffic while going to work. It's what keeps me sane when I'm having a bad day. I'm grateful for the opportunity of playing in Lost Dakota these past few months, even if it was short-lived. I won't stop creating art, whether it's by myself or with others. Hell, I'm even grateful for K-Pop, which I've only been into for the past year. It's exposed me to other genres of music, and I want to continue to explore more genres.
Fifth, I'm thankful for Toku. Without Power Rangers, Super Sentai, or Kamen Rider, I wouldn't be the person I am today. I've said this before, but I see these things more as a kids' TV show or a toyline; they're a huge part of who I am. I never would've thought that I would meet great people because of these franchises.
Sixth, my friends. The Magikarp Gang. I love every single one of those guys. It's impossible for me to express how much I care for them.
And lastly, my family. My mom, dad, brother, grandparents, and uncle. The ones who've sheltered me, molded me, taken care of me, loved me, etc. and continue to do so. Thank you for everything. I'm glad to have spent the day with y'all! I love you to the ultimate level.
