Slacking.. 7 days of loved 1s! Day 5 goes to change and growth. It’s come real slow for me. But it came. From me having to stop drinking, to me making the effort to stop smoking ( 2 weeks short of it being a full year! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾. ) All small changes that made a big difference. Things I wanted to change about myself and health. I was very destructive to myself and my body. Drinking and mixing over the counter sleep aids. I wasn’t aware of how much this would effect my life years later. I’m blessed to be here to say the least! Embrace what you want to change and make the necessary effort to make it happen.
