A friend bought some more over for me, have kept myself very busy with cleaning, baking, schooling, and a big afternoon at the park. Anything to not think about food.
Had my first meal at lunch, fried rice with turmeric tonnes of pepper and soaked lentils and red beans.
Dinner was a slow cooked chickpea and lentil curry with flat bread. I've never used lentils this way before and buzzed out when it thickened up like this! I believe it's known as dhal.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Having 2 meals instead of 3 afforded me to have larger portions. I will definitely be doing that for the rest of the week and using flour only every second day. Still don't know what to do with my fruit reward. Have chosen tomatoes but havnt used them yet... Might be able to make a sneaky chilli for my birthday!
My team is so close to hitting 12k! I cannot believe how much we've raised! .
