Your cardio doesn’t have to be boring, and you don’t have to spend hours at the gym for a workout to be effective (It’s 80% nutrition anyways!). So a little backstory for today’s workout: Phoebe has been working SO HARD to learn how to jump rope!! She practices every day!! I have always LOVED to jump rope, and it’s so much fun to see her get a little better each day!
Anyways, when I dropped her off at school this morning she said, “Mommy, I wish you could stay here with me, I’m going to miss you so much today. I wish you didn’t have to always work.” 🥺😭 Talk about feeling awful. 😢I try really, really hard to balance the working mom thing and the SAHM thing, and she made it clear to me that I’m falling short. So during my one minute plank I prayed for peace, courage, and guidance. You don’t have to wait for a new month, week, or day to do better in life.
