🔖Going into #fightweek like 🤪 🗓
Still not happy with my weight but im slowly getting back in Shape, worrying not only by how heavy I am❌, but if I like what I see in the mirror 🗝. The fact is, I went through different ways of considering myself as a fighter. Being mean mean mean to me🙅. People think you lose your #feminity when you are a fighter♀️ (ridiculous) but actually you lose your perception about what you want to look like as a woman, as you are so obsessed with the numbers on the scale. True that if I look for the #bubblebut 🍑 I want, it ain't be no 60 or 63 kilos hahahaha.
So. All this lead to some excesses yup. I learnt how to look at myself in the mirror. Its not easy. True the aim for Saturday is to reach 140 lbs. I'm professional. I'm gonna do it. No matter what (and that's the main issue; the any-means-necessary-mode to do the weight... Anyway). And I'm gonna have these evanescent #sixpack my friends ask advices for all the time, the magic recipe. Ain't no recipe. They'll be there for the #weighin moment and that's all. But I know I'm on a new path for the long term abs haha. And doing the weight in a healthier way. Long process. 🔖 Let's start that hell of a fight week. Fuckin #run fuckin #burpees fuckin #moutainclimbers, #jumpingrope all about a #HIIT program, going to the #sauna and probably going through the hell of #hotbath. And I ain't ashamed. Shit happens.
